Sophia Swavey

Sophia is a first-year master’s student pursuing an MA in technical and professional writing at Missouri State. In her undergrad at MSU, she studied technical & professional writing, creative writing, and marketing. She was a writing consultant for three years at the university's Center for Learning And Writing, and she has just completed a documentation internship at the Appalachian Prison Book Project. She has experience in team leadership, project management, event coordination, and publicity. She is passionate about problem solving, creativity, and communication.

Sheikh Habiba Amjad

Habiba is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Missouri State University. She holds a previous MSc in Organizational and Management Psychology and has professional experience in research, teaching, and counseling. She has worked with BRAC in the migration sector, as well as in academic research focusing on leadership, job satisfaction, and psychological assessment. Her interests lie in workplace behavior, leadership development, and employee well-being.

Eunice Obeng

Eunice is a graduate student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a strong interest in employee development, inclusive leadership, and organizational well-being. She has experience in event planning, customer service, and community engagement, and has worked on intervention programs supporting middle-grade students from diverse backgrounds. Eunice is actively involved in outreach and research efforts aimed at promoting engagement and equity in education. As an international student, she is passionate about creating inclusive environments and applying psychological principles to support meaningful change in both academic and workplace settings.

Bradley Lee

Bradley received a BS in English and Philosophy from Missouri State University in 2023. He is currently a second-year master's student in the MSU English Department, where he studies American literature. After getting his MA from MSU, he plans to pursue a PhD in literature and a career in academia.

Bradley began working with CODERS in May 2024, and he will continue contributing passionately to the Program until July 2025.
